Matthew is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients. Matthew has litigated claims against abusive insurance companies and fiduciaries in trust, finance, and other matters. Matthew also assists individual clients in the cost-effective resolution of disputes concerning wills, trusts, and real estate through mediation and litigation.
Matthew’s litigation experience gives him a unique perspective in advising small businesses. He assists in drafting employee handbooks, negotiating contracts, and advising on compliance issues with state and federal regulation regarding health, intellectual property, and employment law.

Sanders v Spohn, Michigan Court of Appeals, issued October 30, 2018 (Docket No. 338937). Reversal in favor of our clients of a summary disposition motion regarding injury during a dram shop action.
Otto v Inn At Watervale, Inc, Michigan Court of Appeals, issued January 17, 2017 (Docket No. 330214). Reversal in favor of our client of a summary disposition motion regarding an injury on the defendant’s property.
Parsons v Klunder, Michigan Court of Appeals, issued November 3, 2014 (Docket No. 323356). Order in client’s favor denying defendant’s application for leave to appeal trial court decision.
Casciano v Home-Owners Ins Co, issued September 19, 2014 (Docket No. 322767). Order in client’s favor requiring insurance company to produce expert’s tax records.
